Mathewson Standard Millwork is a family-owned commercial and residential millwork shop based in Charleston, South Carolina, serving general contractors, architects, builders, and homeowners across the Carolinas. We build cabinetry, casework, paneling, countertops, and specialty assemblies for projects that have to hit a number, hit a date, and hold up long after the punch list is closed.

We run the shop the way we build — with discipline, precision, and a system behind every step. Every project lives on a working calendar from the day it is awarded, every drawing is reviewed before it hits the floor, and every estimate is built from a structured per-room takeoff so the price we send is one we can show the math on. We are small by headcount on purpose: every job that leaves our shop is touched by an owner, and we bid like a small company, communicate like a small company, and deliver like one twice our size.
